Meeting 9/26/09

This is to let you all know that the annual meeting that you should make every attempt to attend will be held on Saturday September 26, 2009. The location is the Vetter house. Doors will open at 2:00p.m. (1400 for you military people) for gaming and enjoying each others company, and the meeting will start at 6:00 (1800 because I know how hard it can be to tell civilian time). Please make sure that you attend this meeting, this is the meeting that voting takes place and changes are made for the upcoming year.

Thanks! ill be back from 29 palms...and as often as my schdeul changes, im going to push for this meeting...my other half dictating. And ill be a Sgt when i get there

I am going to say yes, club dues will be due at this meeting since it is the annual meeting. Officers if I am wrong please correct me.

Fees are due and pie will be served. With a side dish of humble. We will be making some dynamic changes to club organization and rules so please attend if you can make the time. All votes not in attendance will be registered as abstained for this meetings purpose. This post has been up here for months and our annual meeting is always around end of SEP every year. So sorry if you can not make it. I hope to see you there.
